The Communities We Serve
Each of these pages covers what’s actually happening to houses in that specific city — housing age, soil, and the local permit process — not a copy-pasted city name.
Local Means We Already Know the Rules
Every city in this list runs its own permit process. Southlake wants elevation photos. Westlake wants an architect’s stamp and a Professional Engineer’s sign-off on structural work. Grapevine’s Main Street historic district requires a Certificate of Appropriateness. Preston Hollow is part of Dallas, where a like-for-like swap often needs no permit at all.
Most installers don’t have a reason to learn all of that. We do, because we work in these cities every week — and it means you’re not the one chasing paperwork mid-project.
